쥬씨, 인건비 절감위한 가맹점 무인 결제 ‘키오스크’ 확대

생과일주스 브랜드 쥬씨가 무인 결제 단말기(키오스크) 도입 확대에 나선다.

 

쥬씨는 가맹점 수익증대 차원에서 키오스크 도입을 적극적으로 확대할 예정이라고 28일 밝혔다.

 

쥬씨는 이를 위해 기존 공급업체 외에도 국내 암호화폐 거래소 브랜드와도 업무제휴를 맺고, 키오스크 모델인 ‘터치비’를 유리한 조건에 공급받기로 계약을 체결했다.

 

이를 위해 쥬씨 음료 주문에 특화된 시스템을 개발 완료했으며 특히 쥬씨 자체 멤버십 시스템과 연동하는 부분도 현재 개발 진행 중이다.

 

쥬씨는 이러한 키오스크 제조 업체들과 업무제휴를 통해 키오스크 도입 및 운영뿐만 아니라 마케팅 부문에서도 향후 다양한 협력을 이어간다는 계획이다.

 

쥬씨는 시중 키오스크 제품 대비 설치·운영 비용을 10%가량 낮춰 소상공인이 대부분인 쥬씨 가맹점주들의 키오스크 설치와 운영에 대한 부담을 대폭 낮췄다.

 

현재 쥬씨는 약 50개소 가맹점에 키오스크를 설치하여 운영하고 있다. 최근 인건비 등 여러 비용상승 요인을 상쇄하고 매장 운영을 효율화하기 위해 여러 가맹점주의 요구사항을 반영해 향후 키오스크 도입을 적극적으로 확대할 계획이다.

 

현재 터치비 설치를 희망한 가맹점이 약 100여 개소에 이르며 가맹점주 관심으로 연말까지 추가로 확대될 가능성이 높다고 쥬씨 측 관계자는 밝혔다.

 

김봉환 쥬씨 운영팀 팀장은 “작년 말부터 도입되기 시작한 무인 결제 시스템에 대한 가맹점주 관심이 지속해서 늘고 있다”라며 “이번 업무제휴를 통해 더 많은 점주가 관심을 두게 되면서 설치 및 운영 가맹점이 더 증가할 것으로 예상한다”라고 밝혔다.
